1. Remove the test strip from it's foil wrapper.
2. Fill a clean cup with a urine sample and hold the strip in a vertical position. The urine level should not be higher than 'max level' indicated into the urine.
3. Dip the test strip into the urine.
4. Read results after 5 minutes.
