Step 1: Add the desired amount of uniodized salt or nasal rinse mix to the clean bottle. We recommend Sinus Genie Nasal Salt.
Step 2: Fill the bottle to the (8 oz.) fill line with lukewarm water. Do not use hot or boiling water. Never put the neti bottle in the microwave.
Step 3: Select the desired cap and screw it onto the bottle until securely tightened. Gently shake to completely dissolve the mixture. Lean over the sink or in the shower and place rinse tip snugly against one nostril.
Step 4: Follow the directions below for the top you are using.

For the Rinse Top with Tube: With bottle in upright position, squeeze gently until the waters comes out the other nostril.
For the Neti Top with Curved Tip: Turn the neti bottle or your head according to the desired direction of the flow. Pour for a mild flow of squeeze for a more forceful flow until solution drains from the other nostril.
