As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules 1-2 times daily water. To assess tolerance start with 1 capsule per serving for the first two days of use, gradually increasing dosage thereafter until the desired effect is achieved. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
