Mix 1 or 2 scoops of Juggernaut® with 4 to 8 ounces of cold water. On exercise days take 1 to 2 scoops of Juggernaut® 30 to 45 minutes before starting the workout. On non-workout days, take 1 scoop of Juggernaut® in the morning.

For best results, do not take Juggernaut® immediately before or after eating. Avoid taking the supplement within 4 hours of bed time since it could lead to sleeplessness.
