Mix 1 scoop (46 g) with 20 ounces of cold water. For a refreshing shake, mix the powder with water and ice in a blender. May be taken before and after exercise. During competition, drink 3 to 4 servings throughout the day for 5 to 7 days (initial loading phase). Thereafter, take 1 to 2 servings (46 g) per day for maintenance during the first month. For use beyond one month, one serving per day after exercise is adequate.
