Take 1/4 tsp. per 100 pounds of body weight once per day, approx. one hour before workout (1/4 tsp. scoop included). It is best to mix CON-CRET with a few ounces of non-acidic juice such as grape or apple and drink immediately. You will notice a pleasant, tart taste.
