We use this when enzymes are in the normal range only, when we want a stronger anti-viral response. Zinc Orotate increases lysosome activity, which attacks the virus with a reactive oxygen species. This can increase inflammation in the liver. Zinc Orotate has been effective for us in lowering viral load. Use it cautiously, monitor liver enzymes. It's best use, is when viral load is under 100,000 and enzymes are normal.
