Indications: Relieves and reduces symptoms of flu; fever, headache, body aches, congestion, runny nose, sneezing, cough, nausea, sinus pain and pressure, sore throat.

Adults use 2 sprays in each nostril every 2-4 hours or as needed. Children 4-12 years of age use one half the adult dosage. For children under the age of 4 consult a health practitioner For preventative measures, spray 1 or 2 times daily during heightened periods of exposure to the flu. Remove the protective cap. With your head held upright, insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose. When finished, wipe nozzle clean and replace cap. The use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection. Store at room temperature (60-85°F).

Stop and ask a doctor if: symptoms do not improve in 3 days or new symptoms appear, fever lasts more than 2 days or exceeds 102°F, sore throat is severe and lasts for more than 2 days, you have persistent symptoms of fever, headache, rash, nausea and vomiting, because this may be the sign of a more serious condition, you are over 60 years of age, take prescription medications or, have a respiratory disease, you may be at a higher risk for the flu, do not take Flu Relief without consulting your doctor.
