As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules in the morning and another 1-2 capsules in the afternoon. If training take 1-2 capsules prior to exercise. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

Individuals who consume additional caffeine with this product may experience serious adverse health effects. It is not recommended to take this product if you are consuming ephedrine.
