Other Ingredients: 129.5 mg of a pure plant enzyme blend from extracts of aspergillus oryzae, trichoderma viride, saccharomycea cerevisiae, aspergillus niger and barley malt in a base of beet root fiber powder, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin in a vegetarian capsule made of water and hypromellose (USP).

Consume 1 capsule before meals. For heavy meals, consume an additional capsule during the meal. Contents of capsule can be mixed with warm (not piping hot) food. Enzymes are heat sensitive. Do not take them with very hot items. Store in a cool, dry place.
