One or two Bio-Gestin™ capsules can be taken with meals and are particularly effective with protein foods. They can be taken in between meals to maximize green papaya enzyme action outside of the digestive system. When first beginning to use Bio-Gestin™ be sure to drink plenty of purified water.

1. Suggested Dosage: Take 3 capsules with a glass of pure water before each meal. We recommend that you take 2 additional capsules between each meal to continue the process of protein breakdown. Water is important; drink at least 8 glasses per day.
